Titan Tools Direct Shipping Policy

This shipping policy outlines Titan Tools Direct shipping rates, order processing times, freight (LTL) delivery, and shipping options for the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

Shipping Policy (Domestic – Lower 48 States)

Shipping rates for orders delivered within the continental United States (lower 48 states) are automatically calculated at checkout using a flat-rate structure based on order value.

Most standard orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size, weight, and destination. Certain oversized or specialty items may ship via freight.

Need expedited or express shipping? Place your order first and contact support@titantoolsdirect.com. We will provide available options and pricing before processing.

Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please submit your order first. We will contact you with shipping charges and request approval before processing or shipping.

We will not ship or charge your order until confirmation is received.

International Shipping & Freight Forwarders

Titan Tools Direct does not ship directly to all international destinations. Customers outside the United States may ship to a freight forwarder.

If using a freight forwarder:

  • You are responsible for selecting and coordinating with the freight forwarder.
  • Titan Tools Direct is responsible only for delivery to the U.S. freight forwarder address.
  • The customer is responsible for all international shipping, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and damages beyond the freight forwarder.

All international shipments are final sale and non-returnable under any circumstance.

Order Processing, Shipment & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary due to demand or inventory availability.

Orders do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date. Lead times are displayed on each product page.

Freight (LTL) Shipping

Oversized or bulk items may ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight.

  • Curbside delivery only
  • Transit time is typically 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations may incur additional fees disclosed prior to shipment

If an LTL shipment is canceled or refused after shipment, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Visible damage must be rejected at delivery and reported immediately. Accepted freight shipments cannot be returned.

White-glove, inside delivery, and lift-gate services are available for an additional charge.

Commercial & Industrial Product Cosmetic Standards

Minor scuffs, edge nicks, or non-visible blemishes are common in commercial shipping and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Structural or functional damage must be reported within 5 business days.

Incorrect Address, Delivery Refusal & Re-Shipment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery refusal unrelated to damage
  • Failure to accept delivery

Reassignment, reshipping, and/or restocking fees may apply.
