Shipping Rates (Domestic – Continental U.S.)
We use a flat-rate shipping model based on order value:

If you are requesting express shipping - please place your order and contact us at support@titantoolsdirect.com. We will be glad to help you with providing express shipping rates.
This applies to most **items** shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

Order Processing & Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. In most cases, items ship sooner. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you notice any unusual shipping activity or delays, please contact us at support@TitanToolsDirect.com
Freight (LTL) Shipping
Large items or bulk orders will ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Standard curbside delivery is included for most freight orders. If your location is remote or requires special routing, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm any additional costs.

Most LTL shipments arrive within 3–5 business days, though some may take up to 2 weeks.

If you need to cancel an LTL shipment after it has shipped, you are responsible for all shipping and return charges.

If the item arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and notify us immediately. Once accepted, freight shipments cannot be returned or exchanged.
White-glove and inside delivery are available for an additional fee. Contact us for quotes or questions.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations upon request.
