  • The Knipex Self-Adjusting Crimping Pliers For Wire Ferrules are the ideal tool for crimping wire ferrules according to DIN 46228 parts 1 + 4. These pliers have a narrow handle width and an improved ergonomics for comfortable operation. They also have a square compression for wire ferrules up to 16 mm² that creates ideal contact surfaces in the clamp connection. They are especially suitable for all twin wire ferrules up to 2 x 4 mm² or 2 x AWG 12. The pliers have a self-adjustment feature that adapts to the size of wire ferrules required. They also have a ratchet mechanism that ensures repetitive, high crimping quality and can be unlocked if needed. The pliers have been set precisely (calibrated) in the factory and have an optimum transmission of force thanks to the toggle lever that reduces fatigue. The pliers have a handy shape and a low weight that provide high operation comfort. The pliers have a UL approval in conjunction with KNIPEX-AEH 97 99 330 - 399.
