Who is Rally Precision Service?
Rally is our repair and calibration business, part of the same family of companies as Titan Tools Direct. Your service updates, estimates and invoices will carry the Rally name.
What does service cost?
Pricing depends on your equipment and the work needed. The $75 diagnostic fee is credited toward completed service. Repairs proceed after estimate approval.
When should I ship my equipment?
Wait for Rally’s approval and shipping instructions. Include your ticket reference, pack securely and insure for full replacement value if using your own shipping label.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the equipment, required work and parts availability. Let us know about any deadline so Rally can review the options.
