5-Digit Counter Measures in METERS and DECIMETERS

This Measuring Wheel measures in Meters/Decimeters. The Wheel is 0.318m Diameter, and 1 Meter Circumference. This is the most accurate (decimeter) ticker counter steel wheel on the market today.
