  • The Knipex Diagonal Cutters-1000V Insulated diagonal cutters are made of high-quality vanadium steel that is forged and oil-hardened in multiple steps to ensure durability and performance. They have precision cutting edges that can cut through thin copper wires cleanly, even at the tips. The cutting edges are also induction-hardened to make them more resistant to wear and tear. The hardness of the cutting edges is approximately 62 HRC. Features a narrow head style that allows them to work in confined areas and tight spaces. They have a cutting capacity of up to 5/32" for soft wire, up to 3/32" for medium wire, and up to 5/64" for hard wire. They also have 1000V multi-component grips that are ASTM F1505-tested and certified to provide safety and comfort.
