Features:
  • The Knipex Cable Shears are the perfect tool for cutting copper and aluminum cables with ease and precision. These shears have precision-ground and hardened blades that can cut through any cable without crushing or deforming it. They are not suitable for steel wire and hard-drawn copper conductors. The joint is adjustable and bolted, with a self-retaining screw for stability and durability. The shears have a favorable lever ratio and a special blade geometry that reduce the handforce required for cutting. The pinch guard protects your fingers from getting pinched.
  • Cable shears with twin cutting edge for cutting solid, multicore, and finely stranded Cu and Al cable
  • For reasons of design, unsuitable for steel wire or hard-drawn copper conductors
