  • The Palmgren 9 Speed Step Pulley Drill Press Floor is a heavy-duty machine designed for accurate and continuous use. With a wide range of speeds and solid construction, this drill press can handle various drilling tasks with different materials. The pulleys are made of long-wearing aluminum alloy that is fully machined and balanced, providing better power and grip. The drill press also features a Gates 7M industrial V-ribbed V-belt that can last up to 10,000 hours of use. Changing speeds is fast and easy with the quick-change handle and motor spring plate, which provides consistent tension from the motor to the belt and pulleys. The fully enclosed spindle ensures a concentricity of 0.0005" at the spindle nose for accurate drilling. This drill press can be used for a variety of hole-making operations, including drilling, tapping, reaming, boring, spot-facing, counter-boring, and chamfering.
